Any service not expressly included in the agreed scope may be treated as an additional service and may incur additional charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required to deliver the services.

The client may be required to provide:

Business information
Product information
Product images
Brand documents
GST and tax information
Bank or payment information where applicable
Marketplace account information
Login credentials or authorized access
Required certificates and licenses
Other information reasonably necessary for the service

The client is responsible for ensuring that all information and documents supplied to Advecco India are genuine, accurate, current, and legally usable.

Delays caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the client may affect project timelines.

6. Marketplace and Third-Party Platforms

Some Advecco India services may involve third-party marketplaces and platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, Meesho, JioMart, advertising platforms, payment providers, logistics providers, and technology platforms.

Advecco India does not control these third-party platforms.

Therefore, we do not guarantee:

Marketplace approval
Listing approval
Account approval
Account activation
Specific sales
Specific rankings
Advertising performance
Revenue or profit
Inventory availability
Delivery performance
Marketplace policy compliance decisions
Continued account access
Resolution timelines controlled by third parties

Third-party platforms may change their policies, fees, algorithms, technical systems, eligibility requirements, or operating procedures at any time.

7. Account Access and Credentials

Where account access is required to provide services, clients must provide authorized access only.

Clients remain responsible for the security of their accounts and credentials.

Advecco India will use account access only for the agreed service purposes. Clients should notify us promptly if they suspect unauthorized access or security issues.

We recommend that clients use appropriate security measures, including strong passwords and two-factor authentication where available.

8. Fees and Payments

Service fees, payment schedules, taxes, and other applicable charges will be communicated through the applicable quotation, invoice, proposal, agreement, or service package.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
Applicable taxes may be charged separately.
Third-party fees are generally not included unless expressly stated.
Work may be paused where required payments remain outstanding.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of services.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations will be governed by the specific refund or cancellation terms communicated for the applicable service.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees for services that have already been performed, work already initiated, or third-party charges already incurred may not be refundable.

Any refund eligibility will be determined according to the applicable service agreement and circumstances.

10. Timelines

Advecco India will make reasonable efforts to complete services within the estimated timelines communicated to the client.

However, timelines may depend on:

Client approvals
Availability of required information
Marketplace processing
Third-party approvals
Technical issues
Revisions
External dependencies
Force majeure events

Therefore, estimated timelines are not guaranteed unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed in writing.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights in Advecco India’s original materials, methodologies, processes, templates, systems, designs, documentation, and proprietary content remain with Advecco India.

Upon full payment, the client may receive rights to use deliverables specifically created for the client according to the agreed scope.

The client must not resell, redistribute, reproduce, or commercially exploit Advecco India’s proprietary materials without written permission.

Client-provided content remains the responsibility of the client, and the client represents that it has the necessary rights to use such content.

12. Product and Content Responsibility

For marketplace listings, websites, advertisements, catalogs, or other promotional materials, the client is responsible for the legality and accuracy of product-related information supplied to Advecco India.

This includes, where applicable:

Product claims
Product specifications
Prices
MRP
Ingredients or materials
Certifications
Trademarks
Product images
Copyrighted material
Regulatory information

Advecco India is not responsible for legal claims, penalties, disputes, or losses arising from inaccurate or unauthorized information supplied by the client.

13. Advertising and Marketing

Where Advecco India provides advertising or marketing services, campaign performance may vary based on market conditions, competition, budget, platform algorithms, audience behavior, product quality, pricing, and other factors.

We do not guarantee a specific number of:

Sales
Leads
Visitors
Impressions
Clicks
Conversions
Revenue
Return on advertising spend

Advertising budgets and third-party advertising charges are separate from Advecco India’s professional service fees unless expressly stated otherwise.
